I'm stuck, I am not making any progress anymore in the escape room

I want to use a different language in the escape room

If the escape room has issues with loading or starting, then try loading the escape room in another web browser, we support Chrome, Firefox, (the latest version of) Edge and Safari (on OSX). The escape room does not load or start in Chrome on Mac OSX

It is a known issue that the escape room does not work as expected in Chrome on Mac OSX. We are currently waiting on an update for Chrome and Unity (the platform that we are using) which should resolve this issue. For now, try to load the escape room in Safari. If this also does not work, then please contact us via the contract form on our website.

It is not possible to create a selfie with Safari

There are currently technical limitations which result in Safari being unable to access the webcam, therefore it is not possible to make a selfie. We are investigating this issue and are working on a solution.

The escape room has frozen or crashed

We strive to make the escape rooms as stable as possible, but it can sometimes happen that an escape room crashes. If this happens, restart the game by reloading the page. With the knowledge you have acquired and your notes (you made them, right?) You can fly through the steps you already solved before.

The system shows me a message about "hardware acceleration disabled"

This problem occurs when your web browser and your video card do not interact properly. This is a problem that is beyond our control. To solve this problem, try one of the following options:

  • Try a different web browser (we support Chrome, Firefox, (the latest) Edge and Safari (on OSX)
  • Enable hardware acceleration in your web browser
  • Update your videocard driver
