Cyber Security Escape Room does not make decisions in any way about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people based on automated processing.

Retention period

Cyber Security Escape Room does not store your personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Free, demo, test and evaluation accounts are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are anonymized.

If we store your data for the provision of services to a client, this data will be stored at least until the end of the service for this specific client. The contact person of the client can at any time request us to immediately delete or anonymize any of the stored personal data. When the stored personal data is anonymized, it can no longer be traced back to a person.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Statistics and overviews of players and progress can be shown to clients (such as your employer) via the dashboard system.
